George Grogan, CAS: George is the Founder of Forward Strategies and serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. George has a long and distinguished career in life insurance and annuity marketing.  George’s marketing career has included the founding or co-founding of three national marketing companies.  Over a period of twenty-five years these companies have contracted over 100,000 producers across the United States.  All of the companies have operated on one principal: “The Producer is our customer and we will do all things necessary to earn his/her business”.  George has sponsored over 80 agent trips and conventions to exotic locations all over the world.  Ask any of the thousands of agents that have ever attended one of George’s trips and they will tell you, “George understands the Producer and he knows how to treat his customer.”

Mike Janky - CLU,ChFC,CFS,RHU,CAS,CASL,IAR, Partner and President - Mike began his career in the insurance and investment business in 1991 in Omaha, NE. Mike was part of the number one producing office for Linsco/Private Ledger in the United States. Mike has personally written millions of dollars of annuity premium. He has conducted hundreds of CE seminars over the years and has helped train thousands of agents who have produced millions of dollars of premium. Mike has also played a vital role in helping a number of different insurance companies develop annuity products that have accounted for billions of dollars of premium. He has been training and educating agents since 1995. Mike also serves on a number of insurance company councils as an advisor and is able to bring to the companies a producer’s point of view.

Kelly Kleinsasser - CLU, Partner & Senior Vice President – Kelly has been in the insurance and investment field since graduating from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 1991 with a Finance and International Business degree.  He started his career as a licensed Financial Planner with IDS/American Express in Lincoln Nebraska.  He furthered his investment knowledge and financial planning experience as a registered representative with Morgan Stanley/Dean Witter prior to opening his own independent financial planning office in 1997. At his peak, Kelly managed over $30 million dollars in personal assets for his individual clients.

As a Partner and Senior Vice President with Forward Strategies, Kelly has been integral in designing marketing programs which help agents reach more clients.  This includes our highly successful seminar program which has resulted in hundreds of millions of dollars in sales for agents working with Kelly and Forward Strategies.

Steve Finley - CLU, ChFC, Partner and Vice President - With over a decade of insurance brokerage experience, Steve has been involved in almost all facets of the industry.  He has been an integral part in over 100 C.E. workshops across the nation that educated thousands of agents on Equity-Indexed Annuity intricacies.  His involvement ranged from presenting to helping create presentations. He has also assisted in creating annuity training camps for producers, as well as being a key presenter at those camps.  In addition, he has assisted in the creation of EIAs that have generated billions of dollars in premium for various carriers.  Steve has been published in various trade journals, is Series 6 and 63 licensed and has helped individual agents produce over $500 million of annuity premium.  He has a Bachelor’s degree in marketing and advertising from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.  You can contact Steve via email by clicking on his picture.
